Join us for a cozy, hands-on evening inspired by the sun-drenched flavors of Greece. You’ll cook, laugh, and indulge in this beautiful Mediterranean feast:

🥂 Welcome Drink

Blue Santorini Sparkle – A magical mocktail made with butterfly pea flower tea, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of honey. Watch it transform in color and flavor as you stir. Topped with sparkling water and finished with edible flowers.

🧄 Appetizer

Homemade Tzatziki & Warm Pita – Creamy Greek yogurt with fresh cucumber, garlic, dill, and lemon. Served with warm, pillowy pita bread.

🥗 Salad

Classic Greek Village Salad – Juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta, dressed with oregano, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.

🐟 Main Course

Herb-Baked Haddock with Capers & Lemon – Tender white fish roasted with a medley of herbs, briny capers, lemon zest, and olive oil.

Crispy Roasted Greek Potatoes – Wedges roasted in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice with fresh parsley and sea salt.
