In this class you will learn the basics of royal icing - from mixing to getting the right consistency, easy bagging to piping. A smaller group allows for personal and hands-on instruction as you learn and practice a variety of icing techniques. We'll cover aspects like outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, working in sections and adding simple detail to your cookies.
You will take home a set of beautifully decorated Christmas themed cookies, learn a host of tips & tricks and leave with a heart full of Christmas cheer.
Whether you are a complete newbie or are brushing up on some previous skills, I can't wait to decorate with you.
