- **Event Description**: Registrations are now open for the 2026 Angela Taylor Memorial Run/Walk - Sunday 3 May at Albert Park Lake.This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Russell St bombing which killed Constable Angela Rose Taylor.Come and honour Constable Taylor and all Victoria Police members that have died serving and protecting our community.Why not get together a group of friends, family or work colleagues and register as a team. You can choose to do the 5km walk, 5km or 10km run. Also, bring your four-legged friend.Police, Emergency Services, and Health Care teams can compete for the Angela Taylor Memorial Shield in the 5km & 10km sections. General Public and Corporate teams can compete for a 5km Shield. Money raised will fund a new hospital project to honour the memory of a Victoria Police member who has died in the line of duty.
