Gong Therapy and Meditation with Peggy Benson

FREE and Open to the Public

The Board of Directors is pleased to present the program "Gong Therapy and Meditation" with Peggy Benson.

Peggy is an Energy Alchemist, Intuitive Guide, Positivity Promoter & Space Harmonizer.

She has been a yoga student for 23 years and a certified teacher since 2016. She is also a Meditation Teacher. Over the years she has studied and practiced numerous sound immersions. She went to a Kundalini yoga class in Minneapolis and experienced her first gong bath. Peggy was drawn to sound healing after experiencing its powerful effects on her overall well-being. It's more than just a musical experience; the vibrations help to calm the nervous system and shift the body into a state of deep rest, allowing for profound mental, emotional, and physical release. She has incorporated the gong in her yoga and meditation classes as well as her space clearing sessions. In a world that's constantly creating stress and anxiety, she uses sound to help people return to peace and tranquility".

This program will be held on September 25, 2025 from 7-8pm. FREE and Open to the Public
