“Digging Deep” Herb Series: St. John's Wort

Sunshine in herbal form! The small, bright yellow flower is a traditional ally for body, mind, and spirit. Thankfully, this is an easy-to-grow herb that can be used in numerous ways. Students will learn how to grow and use this amazing plant. Participants will take home a tin of SJW salve.
