“Digging Deep” Herb Class Series: Echinacea

This perennial, also known as Purple Coneflower, is most often used for boosting the immune system. Students will learn about its many uses! The purple daisy-like flowers are a welcome addition to any garden. Participants will take home an Echinacea tincture.
