Settle in for a cozy afternoon of slowing down, arranging your own still life, and sketching the small comforts around you. We’ll explore sketching from observation with watercolor and ink, focusing on simple shapes, warm light, and the charm of everyday objects. Bring your favorite tea set—a cup or mug is perfect—and we’ll provide the treats to complete the scene. Supplies are not included in the workshop fee. A PDF supply list is available in the workshop description.

A warm, relaxed session made for savoring the moment and enjoying the joy of drawing.

Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
