Join the talented team from The Hot Yoga Spot for our annual outdoor Summer Block Party! We are partnering with The Alzheimer's Association of NENY to raise as much money as we can to help #EndAlz. ?

This year is extra special because we’ve expanded the lineup! In addition to our classic outdoor yoga, we are starting the morning with a completely FREE fitness class. We’re also hosting a massive raffle with thousands of dollars worth of incredible prizes.

This event is perfect for all ages and experience levels. Grab your friends, your kids, your coworkers, and your neighbors, and secure your spot today! ?

⏰ The Schedule:
9:00 AM: Arrival & Check-In

9:15 AM: Outdoor Fitness Class (45 mins)

10:00 AM: Connection, Auction & Raffles

10:15 AM: Outdoor Yoga Class (45 mins)

Feel free to stay for the full 2 hours or just drop in for your favorite class!
