Familiarise yourself with an authentic side to Spanish cuisine. Spain is famous for tapas and these bite-size dishes, this class is an ideal class to increase your repertoire for entertaining and enjoying Spanish fare with family & friends.

Field Mushrooms with Hazelnut Gremolata
Chilled Gazpacho
Great Southern Deep Sea Fish & Potato Fritters
Pork Belly Bites with Fennel
Empanadas (crescent-shaped, savory beef pastries)
Spanish Omelette
Local Squid with Paprika & Garlic
Tuna & Rice Tortitas
Salted Canary Potatoes & Mojo Picon
