Release it. A women’s somatic journey transforming suppressed rage into freedom, embodiment & pleasure.About this EventSACRED RAGE ALCHEMYA Women’s Somatic Journey from Suppression to Expression, Release & PleasureOctober 31st, 2026 | 1:00–3:30 PMSole to Soul YogaEnergetic Exchange: $44.44 in advance | $45 at the door (exact change, please)A sacred, supportive space created for women to explore the power, wisdom, and pleasure that can emerge when we give ourselves permission to feel and express what we have been taught to contain. What might be waiting on the other side of everything you’ve been taught not to feel? From the time we are little girls, so many of us are taught—directly and indirectly—to contain ourselves.Be nice.Be agreeable.Don’t make a scene.Don’t be too loud.Don’t be too angry.Don’t make anyone uncomfortable.Don’t be too much. And so we learn to swallow our anger. To tighten our jaws. To hold our tongues. To smile when we want to scream. We learn to disconnect from the wild, instinctual wisdom of our bodies in order to remain acceptable to the world around us.But your rage is not something to be ashamed of.It carries information. It knows where your boundaries have been crossed, where your needs have gone unmet, where you have silenced yourself, abandoned yourself, or made yourself smaller to keep the peace.Sacred Rage Alchemy is an invitation to stop containing yourself. In this women-only somatic experience, we will create a safe, intentional container to explore what happens when you give your body permission to feel, move, sound, express, and release.Through music, movement, dance, voice, and embodied somatic practices, you’ll be invited to explore the edges of your expression—not by forcing yourself into rage, but by giving whatever is already living within you permission to move.To be loud.To take up space. To discover what your body has been wanting to say. From there, we will move into guided breathwork, allowing the breath to support deeper release while helping the body integrate what has already moved. And then…the alchemy.Because rage isn’t the only thing women have been taught to suppress. We have also been taught to disconnect from our pleasure. From sensuality. From desire. From our bodies. From the simple experience of feeling good inside ourselves.Following our release and breathwork, we will shift into embodied pleasure through music, movement, dance, and sensual—not sexual—exploration of the body.We will invite softness back in.Pleasure.Freedom.Aliveness.Rather than simply releasing what you no longer want to carry, we will explore what becomes possible when you create space for something else to live there. This is the alchemy:Rage into liberation.Suppression into expression.Tension into movement.Disconnection into embodiment. And all that reclaimed energy…into pleasure. You do not need to arrive angry. You do not need to perform, push, or become anything. You only need the courage to show up for yourself, meet yourself honestly, and allow the magic of being held within a safe community of women as you explore what your body is ready to express.Come as you are.Come quiet. Come furious. Come curious. Come nervous. No experience or skill is required.Just you, your body, your breath, and a willingness to listen to the truth that already lives within you. Please BringA yoga mat, blanket, journal, and water.Event DetailsSaturday, October 31st 1:00–3:30 PMSole to Soul Yoga$44.44 in advance | $45 cash at the door (exact change, please)To create the safest and most supportive container for this experience, Sacred Rage Alchemy is open to women only.Come meet the parts of you that were never actually too much.Your body already knows the way. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/albany/sacred-rage-alchemy/100002002589666601 - **Event Categories**: fitness, health-wellness - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Age Limit: 18+ - Doors Open At: 12:45 PM - Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes - Location: Sole to Soul Yoga - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 0, max: 49.26, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: Albany - **state**: OR - **country**: United States - **location**: Sole to Soul Yoga - **lat**: 44.6338969 - **long**: -123.1059739 - **full address**: Sole to Soul Yoga, 208 Southwest 5th Avenue, Albany, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Sacred Rage Alchemy - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/5075b167f1bffb04fba06c8459997240fdcaf29898e27d98a71f607119a5159d-rimg-w1200-h683-dc080808-gmir.jpg?v=1790730287 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Sacred Rage Alchemy being held? - **A:** Sacred Rage Alchemy takes place on Sat, 31 Oct, 2026 at 01:00 pm to Sat, 31 Oct, 2026 at 03:30 pm at Sole to Soul Yoga, 208 Southwest 5th Avenue, Albany, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing Sacred Rage Alchemy? - **A:** Sacred Rage Alchemy is organized by Desiree Lefever. ## Structured Data (JSON-LD) ```json [ { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@type": "Event", "name": "Sacred Rage Alchemy", "image": "https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events9/banners/5075b167f1bffb04fba06c8459997240fdcaf29898e27d98a71f607119a5159d-rimg-w1200-h683-dc080808-gmir.jpg?v=1790730287", "startDate": "2026-10-31T13:00:00-07:00", "endDate": "2026-10-31T15:30:00-07:00", "url": "https://allevents.in/albany/sacred-rage-alchemy/100002002589666601", "eventStatus": "https://schema.org/EventScheduled", "location": { "@type": "Place", "name": "Sole to Soul Yoga", "address": { "@type": "PostalAddress", "streetAddress": "208 Southwest 5th Avenue", "postalCode": "97321", "addressLocality": "Albany", "addressRegion": "OR", "addressCountry": "US" }, "geo": { "@type": "GeoCoordinates", "latitude": "44.6338969", "longitude": "-123.1059739" } }, "eventAttendanceMode": "https://schema.org/OfflineEventAttendanceMode", "description": "Feel it. Over time, I’ve witnessed again and again how deeply the body holds our stories — unprocessed emotions, stress, trauma, grief, and old survival patterns can all live beneath the surface, often showing up as pain, anxiety, disconnection, or dis-ease. This work has awakened a deep passion in me for helping people come home to their bodies in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering.Through my unique blend of breathwork, bodywork, energy work, somatic healing, and coaching, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, releasing what has been held for too long, and alchemizing stuck energy into more freedom, vitality, joy, and connection. I am continually in awe of what becomes possible when people feel truly supported, witnessed, and safe enough to listen to the wisdom of their own bodies." } ] } ] ```
