Across the Texas frontier, these operations played a pivotal role in shaping the post-Civil War West. This is a great opportunity to get an engaging look at the soldiers, strategies, and events that defined this critical period in Texas history. Guided tours of the historic ruins of Fort Griffin, led by Site Manager Eric Abercrombie,  are being offered following the conclusion of the program.

Date & Time: Saturday, September 19th at 10am.

Location: Visitor Center at Fort Griffin State Historic Site

Admission: $5 per adult, $2 per student (6-17), and 5 and under is free.
