New Year's Morning Sunrise Intention Setting

Start 2026 by reconnecting to the earth and setting clear intentions for the year ahead.

• We will begin with a sunrise meditation on the beach.
• Next, we will engage in a reflection activity where we will look back on 2025, acknowledging our lessons and gifts. We will also select something from 2025 that we want to release.
• We will also set an intention for 2026, selecting a word or phrase that will guide us into 2026. We will match those intentions with clear action steps.
• Finally, we will walk together to one of Albany Bulb's labyrinths. There, we will release 2025 and welcome 2026.

Warm drinks, intention-setting supplies, and dry seating on the beach will be provided.
