Join us for Menopause Meets Mary Jane, a relaxed and informative women’s wellness workshop designed to create an open, judgment-free space to talk about menopause, experience mindful movement, and cannabis.

We’ll begin with a 15-minute gentle yoga centering practice to settle into the body, quiet the mind, and set the tone for our time together.

From there, we’ll dive into an educational conversation exploring cannabis, different strains and cannabinoid profiles, and the properties commonly associated with concerns women may experience during the menopause transition—including sleep, stress, mood, discomfort, relaxation, and overall well-being.

There will be time for questions, conversation, and shared experiences—because menopause shouldn’t be something we have to navigate quietly or alone.

We’ll finish our time together with a 10-minute restorative yoga practice, giving you space to slow down, soften, and integrate.
