- **Event Description**: ✨ We’re excited to welcome back the popular eventing coach Stephen Johnson to instruct for our fun Winter Warmers rally, held on Saturday June 27! Yes, our June rallies are traditionally held on a Saturday! 

Stephen’s classes are always challenging and fun and there are a choice of options to suit the development of you and your horse. Please see the list of options below. 

This month’s free activities include working equitation for those who want to practice their new skills on the course after Sue’s WE clinic last month. We’re also offering a short group trail ride for those keen to get out in the open air. 

Janine and Elizabeth will be this month’s friendly rally coordinators, who will help you with any questions on the day.

JUNE CLASS OPTIONS with Stephen Johnson ($50 per lesson) Sat June 27. 

✨ Option 1- Walk/trot Pole Work. Exercises to increase control and suppleness for those not yet ready to canter poles. 
✨ Option 2- Gymnastic flat. Suitable for those that can walk/trot & Canter Cavalletti
✨ Option 3- Jumping. Suitable for those that are comfortable to explore the fundamentals of good jumping position & balance at walk/trot/canter

ALL GROUP LESSONS $50 per lesson.

When booking, please let us know your first and second preferences. Your time allocations will depend on numbers. Bookings are on a first in best dressed basis - so please let us know your first and second option and we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests. Janine and Brenda are our helpful lessons coordinators.

WINTER WARMERS LUNCH @ 12pm - 1pm $10 per head 

We are offering our annual Winter Warmers lunch with hearty home made soups and fresh baked sourdough breads for only $10 per head. The funds can be paid into the club account on booking, or you can bring cash in the day. This hearty lunch feast is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of a welcoming and diverse group of friendly, supportive and fun horse folk.

✨ We understand that many of you don’t want formal lessons and come along just to socialise and have fun with your horse. So we offer a range of options with something for everyone. This month we’re offering the choice of WEq and other obstacles (weather permitting) in the sea container paddock and a group trail ride. Please remember to RSVP for your free activities. 

✨ As always, you’re welcome to ride out on the X Country course, play on the permanent AEC trail horse obstacles, practice your own dressage test in the sand arena, slip out the back gate onto the Stidwell bridle trail, or simply do your own thing. ?

⭐️ MONTHLY BOOKINGS:

✨ All classes are $50 each and must be booked by the Wednesday before and paid for by 5pm on the Thursday before each rally. You will be notified about your class allocations via email by Friday evening. Please remember that AARC has a firm no refund policy on all bookings. The full policy can be viewed on our club website under the forms tab at www.albanyadultridingclub.com

✨ If there are too few registrations by the Wednesday before the rally, then instructors may be cancelled. So please book early to avoid disappointment. ??
