January Family Connections

Family Connections is an emotional support program for Melodies Center Families. No matter where you are in your children's cancer journey, we are here for you. Combines a yoga flow that emphasizes a strong body, quiet mind, peaceful heart, and constant breath with journaling for healing, self-awareness, and expression. This is a positive and respectful environment to harness hope and healing. Dinner is always served.

The entire family is invited to come to this gathering. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet other families and connect. Where comfortable clothing if you plan to do gentle yoga. Everything else is provided.
