This in‑person, open‑to‑the‑public walk is a chance to connect with local cardiology doctors, ask heart‑health questions, and get inspired to take charge of your well‑being.

Event Schedule
8:30–9:00 am: Registration for walk-ins

9:00–9:20 am: Introductions and a 15-minute warm-up led by the MVP Health Promotion team

9:20–10:05 am: 45-minute walk

10:05–10:30 am: Time to ask additional questions, enjoy a heart‑healthy snack, see CPR demos from the American Heart Association, and more
