What better way to start your Friday night by sweating off the work week and leaving it on the mat. Come join me for a full core body workout. First half hour using socks and creating a fluid drag that works the inner and outer core. Catch a water break before we jump into the last half hour with some high intensity intervals of plyometrics, functional movement and cardio dance. Did I mention that the music is banging!? Come dance your core off with me! Your body and mind won’t regret it.
