What is freediving?
Freediving (Skin-Diving) is a form of underwater diving that relies on holding one's breath (apnea) until resurfacing, rather than using scuba gear or other breathing apparatuses. It is a minimalist sport and recreational activity focused on relaxation, equalization, and mental control, allowing divers to explore deep water on a single breath.
