As part of National Palliative Care Week 2026, we’re inviting our community to come together for a special movie night.

Join us for a screening of Wish Man, a moving true story about compassion, hope, and the incredible power of human connection. The film shares the life of Frank Shankwitz, whose friendship with a terminally ill child led to the creation of the Make‑A‑Wish Foundation - proof that one small act of kindness really can change countless lives.

This free community screening is proudly presented in partnership with the City of Albany Public Library, and is a chance to pause, reflect, and connect through a powerful story.
