They’ll explore strength and balance through playful yoga, practice mindfulness and calming strategies they can use anytime, and enjoy creative, hands-on activities that spark imagination and self-expression. With opportunities for team games, social connection, and laughter, this camp is a perfect mix of calm, creativity, and cozy winter fun, all designed to leave kids feeling happy, confident, and centered.
