Together, we use project results and lived experience to reflect on how the change performed relative to the outcomes identified at the beginning of the effort, what those results reveal about our assumptions and approach, and what should be carried forward.This session focuses on making sense of what happened and reinforcing what worked. We also reflect on how recognition showed up during the change effort, where it may have fallen short, and what additional ways of acknowledging contributions could further reinforce the behaviors that made the change possible.
