In this session, we focus on strategy—mapping the change before implementation begins. Prosci’s 2023 research shows that when leaders look back on their projects, they wish they had involved stakeholders and sponsors earlier, communicated sooner and more consistently, and aligned change efforts more closely with the project plan.
