This specialized workshop is designed to introduce you to the mechanics of this beautiful apparatus. We will focus on building strength within the mesh, mastering foundational entries, and transitioning through a sequence that highlights the net's unique capacity for both power and grace.

What We’ll Cover:

Grip & Engagement: Learning how to navigate the mesh without getting tangled, focusing on hand placement and skin protection.
Core Shapes: Mastering classic net poses like the Split, Mermaid, and various "hammock-style" inversions.
Dynamic Transitions: Using the net’s natural elasticity to find momentum and fluid movement between skills.
Creative Sequences: Combining strength and artistry into a short flow.

Intimate Small-Group Training

To ensure maximum flight time and high-quality instruction, this workshop is strictly limited to 6 participants.

With only two nets available, we will work in a semi-private structure. This allows for:

Direct Coaching: Personalized spotting and form correction.
Built-in Rest: A "working" partner and a "resting" partner system, ensuring you have the grip strength to finish the session strong.
Social Learning: A supportive, low-pressure environment to learn alongside fellow aerialists.

Level: All levels welcome ( must be comfortable with aerial inversions and have taken at least 5 hammock classes).
Investment: $60
What to Wear: Leggings and if preferred, a form-fitting top that covers the midriff/underarms are highly recommended to prevent mesh friction.
