It’s a hearty blend of beans, herbs, and noodles, topped with kashk (fermented whey) and garnished with fried onion, garlic, and mint.Beyond its flavor, the dish symbolizes community, blessing, and the joy of togetherness, especially comforting when the season turns cold.Guests will receive a short list of optional reflection questions at sign-in. We’ll close by sharing a warm meal and small take-home tastings—but more importantly, we’ll share an experience of hamsofreghi, the Persian art of being together through food.This class has a $5 Registration fee and a very limited capacity of 10 students.
