ABOUT THE EVENT:
Golf will be a 4-person scramble with dinner. If you prefer not to golf, you are welcome to join us just for dinner. Sign up as a group of four or as an individual and be assigned to a group.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Golf Package - $100 (per person):
- 18 holes of golf with cart and dinner
- Registration starts at 10:00 a.m.
- Please arrive no later than 10:30 a.m.
- Shotgun start at 11:00 a.m.
- Dinner to follow

BECOME A SPONSOR:
- Hole sponsorship - $300.00 (Sign at hole)
- Hole sponsorship with team - $600 (Sign at hole and team of 4 golfers) ($100 discount)
- Donation - Any $ amount (Name on banner at event)
- Dinner Only - $50.00
