I’m Kat, a 55-year-old woman who has consciously traversed and honoured all stages of womanhood, deeply connected to nature and spirituality — especially as I step into my Wise Woman years. My journey began in Nursing, followed by Remedial Massage and Myotherapy, which led me into Pilates, specialising in rehabilitation and pelvic health.
