Drop in, get hands-on, and explore the science of space with the whole family at Science Saturday, held on the last Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Mexico Museum of Space History in Alamogordo.
Each month features a new theme with interactive, family-friendly activities that bring rockets, astronauts, planets, and space technology to life, including selected stories rooted in New Mexico’s unique role in space history. Activities are offered on a come-and-go, drop in basis between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., so families can join when it works best for them.
Science Saturday is included with regular museum admission; all ages are welcome, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
