Cultivate balance between effort and ease while connecting movement with breath. Spend the hour going within to better prepare you for your day! All are welcome to this practice - it is a non-competitive, inclusive environment. Savasana often includes being serenaded by Jennifer’s angelic voice and her Harmonium!

There are no cancellations for in-person classes. All new memberships and packages are accepted for in-studio classes.
