Transformational Group Healing Class (multi-week course)

If you’ve been feeling burned out, overwhelmed, isolated, or anxious lately — or like you’re in a hard life transition — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

In-person | Alameda, CA

The Transformational Group Healing Course is a multi-week, in-person healing experience that blends gentle teaching with real-time emotional and energetic healing work in community. While it has a clear structure and flow, it is designed as a supportive, experiential space rather than a performance- or outcome-driven program.

This is a place to arrive as you are and receive support.

Many people are carrying far more than usual right now — shock, grief, fear, anger, exhaustion, and a sense that something feels unsettled or uncertain in the world around us. Even when events are happening at a distance, they can ripple through our inner lives, leaving the nervous system feeling raw, overloaded, or worn thin.

When the outer world feels less stable or predictable, old wounds and familiar patterns often rise closer to the surface, making everyday life feel heavier and more difficult than it otherwise would.

This course offers a grounded, human space to tend what’s being carried — to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in community during challenging times.

Each gathering offers:

• a calm, supportive group environment
• gentle teaching that helps orient and ground the experience
• guided emotional and energetic healing work
• time to settle the nervous system and reconnect with inner steadiness

Participation is always invitational. You are welcome to engage quietly, reflect internally, or share when and if it feels right for you.

Healing work and practices are guided live during the gatherings. At times, you may also receive simple handouts or reflection prompts to support integration between sessions.

These are offered as gentle supports rather than requirements, and can be used in whatever way feels most helpful to you.

The free introductory session has already taken place. New participants are welcome to join now and will receive the recording from the free intro session upon request.

This option includes attendance at the live, in-person gatherings, along with the practices and integration support offered in the room and occasional simple handouts.

This option is well-suited for those who want presence, healing, and community without additional online content or between-session commitments.

(Offered only if there is sufficient interest)

If enough people choose this option, access may be offered to a curated selection of existing recordings, practices, and resources, along with optional online support to help integrate the work between gatherings.

This option is intended for those who feel ready for deeper or more continuous engagement beyond the in-person sessions.

This program is guided by Jen Bradford (Birthing Spirit), a spiritual guide and healing facilitator with over 20 years of training and experience in a variety of healing and spiritual support approaches. Her background includes Christian and Catholic mysticism, the study of world religions, and healing practices drawn from multiple traditions.

People from a wide range of spiritual perspectives are welcome. The work is offered in a way that honors individual paths and inner knowing.

If you register with a friend, you’ll each receive a discount on your selected participation option: $30 off the in-person option, or $50 off the full course option.

After registering, you’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps and payment instructions via invoice. Your registration holds your place while details are finalized.
