We'll gather to honor the ancient heart-opening ritual in a cacao ceremony. Together, we'll set intentions, share blessings, and connect with the joy and magic of this sacred plant medicine through circle sharing and medicine songs (20 minutes).

Settle into your most comfortable position—seated or lying down—as Laura guides you through a full hour of immersive sound healing. Using an exquisite array of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and rainsticks, you'll be transported into a profound state of relaxation and inner harmony.

Following the sound bath, we'll have an indoor picnic with nourishing tea and delicious sweet and savory snacks that are Vegan and Gluten-Free as we gently return to the present moment.

The Healing Benefits:

Sound baths stimulate alpha brain waves that recalibrate your cells, shifting you into deep relaxation, coherence, and harmony. Working on mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions, the healing vibrations purify dissonant energies and help you center deeply into yourself.
