Lighted Yacht Parade Viewing — IYC Shoreside Meetup!

Join IYC Commodore Chris Carlson and other IYC members and friends shoreside tomorrow, Saturday, December 6, to watch the annual Lighted Yacht Parade! We’ll cheer for our favorite decorations and enjoy the holiday spirit with other IYC folks. After the parade wraps up, we can head over to Encinal YC or Oakland YC to continue the festivities!

When: We’ll gather starting around 5:00 p.m. Getting there earlier is better for prime viewing spots! The parade starts around 5:30 p.m.

Where: Wind River Park, on the Alameda side of the estuary between Encinal Yacht Club and Fortman Marina

What to wear: Something warm – coat, hat, gloves. The weather is looking good, but it’ll be chilly.

What to bring: A folding or camp chair if you have one, though space for seating may be limited.
