Curious about your pelvic floor health? 

This introductory class will enhance your understanding of pelvic floor anatomy, treatable conditions (such as incontinence, prolapse), and how breath plays a vital role with core exercises. 
 There will be a short lecture followed by a 40 min mat class to help you deepen your connection with the pelvic floor and applicable exercises.
