🌙 Sacred Circle: We begin by coming together in a circle, grounding ourselves and setting our collective intention. In this shared space, we honor the divine connection between each of us, knowing that healing is not just individual but communal.🌙 Breathwork for Clarity: We will incorporate intentional breathwork meditation to further ground your energy, releasing any lingering tension and helping you align with your highest truth. This practice will leave you feeling light, grounded, and present.🌙 Sound Bath & Crystal Bowls: The session will flow into an immersive sound healing experience under the redwoods, using crystal singing bowls, to shift energy and clear blockages. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, opening up space for emotional release and inner peace.🌙 Moon Ritual Journaling: As the full moon rises, you’ll be guided through a reflective ritual. Journal prompts aligned with the current moon phase and astrological themes will be offered to aid in an inner wisdom exploration. Please bring a pen and journal. A small flashlight, headlamp, or phone light is helpful for writing after sunset.🌙 Closing Song Offering: We’ll end the circle with a song, and you are welcome to leave afterward or stay to dance under the moon and take the rest you need.

• Journal & pen
• Flashlight, headlamp, or phone light (for journaling after sunset)
• Yoga mat or blanket (highly suggest a sleeping bag if you want to be extra cozy)
• Optional - something to swim in if you'd like to join in the full moon dip into the ocean at the end
• Most importantly: all of yourself—whether you’re arriving with joy, grief, rage, exhaustion, or anything else that’s alive in you.
