Breathwork Healing Group Journey - July 2025

The Summer season is an invitation for community and deep connection. There is a special power that resides in gathering with intention for healing. We are in a time where we are being asked to love ourselves (every part!), clear old patterns and release what society is expecting of us. Ready to get free?The three part breath technique allows us to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and journey to a subconscious state to meet our divine answers. We will set intention for the season and travel within our inner world together, loud music will be present to accompany your emotional release!

Join Ashlee at the Secret Garden for a communal circle where you will meet your breath and thus your courage for a workshop of connection and healing.

Breathwork offers an opportunity for an active meditation using the breath to purge the nervous system of unnecessary emotional debris. Utilizing David Elliot's three part breath technique, we will activate the sympathetic nervous system to move stagnant energy and help you release strong emotions. This style of breathing moves energy out of the emotional center, into the heart to process and out of the mouth to release- in quick succession.

Loud music will be present as well as encouragement to make noise all in support of your emotional release! In this breathwork healing group, I will share energetic and new moon themes. There will also be opportunity to set intention as well as Q&A post breath practice.

All levels of experience are welcome! As this practice is intimate, space is limited!

Ashlee O'Regan is an Oakland Ca based Intuitive Astrologer, Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher and 200 hour RYT.
