As we Spring into April, we are honored to have David Stark as our speaker this month! 

David will provide us with a market update in our local areas as well as how local and regional policy makers' decisions impact real estate business. David will also provide key insights to guide your real estate strategies. 

With decades of experience in housing policy, market intelligence, and leadership, David is the expert you don’t want to miss!  

David Stark is the Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer for the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. He manages the Association’s communications, media relations, real estate market intelligence resources, and political activities. He helps community leaders, the media and the public understand real estate issues and works to include the REALTOR® perspective in the development of public policy. Prior to joining the Bay East staff in 2005, he worked for more than a dozen years managing housing and community development programs for cities in southern and northern California. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and English from the University of California, Riverside and a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
