"description": "I established Humming Your Truth in 2018. This idea came to me in a time where I was looking for healing spaces where I did not feel singled out or unseen. Where I could speak to someone about my frustrations and challenges I face, living in a world that does not value Black Women. I was blessed to find community that helped me realize my value, my strengths, and my purpose. They supported me with stepping into my power and recognizing not just what I can offer myself, but what I can offer other Black Women. My life's mission is to support Black Women in their overall wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually. To support them in not just healing themselves, but the generations of Black Women that follow them. \r\n \r\nOver the last five years I have been dedicated to working with Black women and girls that have experienced sexual violence and that have been impacted by comercial sexual exploitation, providing counseling, coaching services, and facilitating workshops. The workshops I have facilitated covered topics such as: healthy relationships, self empowerment, CSE prevention, and self-care. I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work with a minor in African Studies and am currently working on my Masters in Social Work. I am a Certified Community Coach via Leadership that works, accredited by Accredited Coach Training Program International Coach Federation (ACTP). "
