 Try your luck with period gambling and gaming in the tavern, witness the routine of camp life, and interact with townspeople, a sutler, and cooks preparing meals in the historic Allen House.  As you step back in time, you’ll have the opportunity to uncover the stories of real men from Orange County, brought to life by costumed reenactors.

This living history event offers a unique glimpse into the choices faced by North Carolina’s colonial militia in the months leading up to the Battle of Alamance.
