These classes are designed for homeschoolers - Ages 7-9 ( 2nd and 3rd graders )
There is a limited amount of seating. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALREADY ENROLLED STUDENTS. If interested, please PM me to make sure there is an open seat.

About the curriculum:
The children create works of art exploring various mediums using famous artists, literature, music and science as inspiration for projects. They practice using their fine motor skills while experimenting with various mediums. Lessons incorporate color, form, line, shape, space and texture. Most importantly, the children have fun creating and expressing themselves through art.
Registration is required by April 13th.

Minimum class is 2, maximum is 8.
We will meet for 4 weeks on Mondays:
4/15, 4/22, 4/29 and May 6th
Time: 11 am - 12 pm

Cost is $100 per session and materials are included.

If you are new and I haven't taught your child yet, please email me at bGFjb3JlOSB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t and let me know your child's name, age and grade.

If you know BEFORE the session begins that you will be missing a class, please contact me and I will deduct that amount from the cost of the session. However, once the session begins, I cannot refund you for an absence. If possible, I will provide you with the lesson plan that your child has missed so you can do the lesson with your child at home.

Discounts are available if you enroll more than one child in my classes. Contact me if this is the case.

These classes will take place at Calvary Episcopal Church, Weber Hall, 11 West 2nd Street. Parking is across the street.

Class policies: We understand that scheduling conflicts do happen. You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 48 hours before the session begins by phone or messaging. No refunds will be issued after this time.

About the instructor:
Laura Corebello is an artist and a licensed art teacher who has taught art in the public schools of New Jersey and Virginia for 30 years. She has written curriculums for NJ and VA private and public schools.
Laura can recognize the unlimited potentials of creative expression through the eyes of children and nurtures this in all her students. Some of her students have been stimulated to follow careers in art, have earned awards, and have had art shows at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley.
