Meet up at the Location (Woqod #18 Rawdat Al Hamama/ Um Salal Mohammad 8pm). 2. Brief planning regarding the convoy dynamics and last-minute checks for the inbound drive to Majfar Base Camp. There will most likely be a portion of “soft/light difficulty-trail" scenario, tire deflation will not be required. Part 2- Year End Celebration/Overnight camp Majfar Base Camp What to do/Expect: 1. Set-up overnight base camp for the Qatar National Day Celebration festivities. 2. Pack-up and clean-up the camp after breakfast in preparation for the overland Ride to Sawda Natheel. Part 3 Overland Ride (Thursday 5:30am-8pm) What to do/Expect: 1. Ruwais Camp to 1st Stop 5:30am-6:30am (30mins. Stopover @ Woqod Ruwais for Fuel etc.). 2. Zubara to Zekreet Via Jumaylihya 3. Zekreet to dukhan 4. Lunch Break @ Dukhan Community 12noon to 1pm. 5. Dukhan to Umm bab beach to Umm bab clay quarry via al Khareej Beach. 6. Umm Bab Quarry to Sawda Natheel Part 4 Desert Section/Off-road trail Sawda Natheel to Sealine inflation (Mawatar) (3:30pm-7pm) IMPORTANT NOTES: -All Bonafide members (and registered aspiring members) are invited to join (RSVP with the EVENT HOSTS is a must) -Feel free to bring your Family (this will not be an extreme trail, more focus on endurance, camaraderie and team building) -This is a non-profit event. -Please make sure that your rig is in top condition to avoid any mishaps during this event. -POQ will not bare any liability and responsibility whatsoever to any party or individual who chose to join this event.
