My name is Helena Adbro, I'm from Sweden and I do energy work via intuitive healing. I work with energy, with traumas and blockages from this or previous life, with generational traumas and with releasing energy that the client might have taken in from others. Usually I guide the client to do some of the work and I can only do what you allow. A session can be changed into a house cleansing, because that is what needs to be done at the moment. My goal is always that my clients shall reach an easier everyday life. I'm a tool for your soul, your guardians, and the Universe to guide, help and "release" you into more freedom and more of yourself. To welcome you to yourself.

During my trip I'll be visiting Akureyri and Reykjavik see more info below. It will be possible to meet me for a session, lecture, workshop and /or you can gather some friends for a "energy-home- party" and we'll meet and do energy work. If you are interested in that just let me know and we can discuss the terms.
A session will cost 12000 isk and is approximately 1 hour long. If an interpreter is needed this needs to be agreed and arranged before the meeting. The prize will in that case be 15,000 isk.

Akureyri:
I will be visiting Akureyri 18/1 to 29/1. At first I'll stay at Alfabyggð 9, Akureyri from the 18th to the 23e of January where it is possible to do sessions. From the 23e to the 29th of January I will be at vökuland, during this time there will be some events together with Sólveig Bennyjar Haraldsdóttir in her yurt, and possibilities for private sessions as well. More info will come shortly.

Reykjavik:
I plan to be  approximately 1 week in Reykjavik and be available for sessions, lectures and workshops. More information will come.
