Join Nikki Shell at Yoga Squared on Saturday, May 17th from 1:30-3PM for this Beginner's Workshop! You will learn basic postures, alignment cues, and general class set-up, and leave feeling ready to attend Beginner's/All-Levels classes at Yoga Squared!
 
Workshop includes one month of unlimited in-person + online yoga at Yoga Squared (to start whenever you like!)
