Witchcraft and Self-Care with Sam C. Seer

In this hands-on, witchy self-care workshop, you’ll learn simple, effective grounding and emotional reset techniques that can be practiced anywhere. Be it a coffee shop, your car, or your kitchen table.

• How to create a simple *self-care spray* using accessible ingredients
• A *jar-based ritual* for emotional grounding and intention
• A *guided water release meditation* you can do with a cup of water
• A *breathing exercise meditation* to calm the nervous system on the spot

Each method is intentionally designed to be:

✔ beginner-friendly
✔ doable in everyday spaces

You’ll receive printed handouts for each technique, so you can continue using them long after the class ends. This class is perfect for anyone looking for practical self-care tools with a gentle witchy twist — no prior experience required.
