Witchcraft and Self-Care with Sam C. Seer

In this hands-on, witchy self-care workshop, you’ll learn simple, effective grounding and emotional reset techniques that can be practiced anywhere. Be it a coffee shop, your car, or your kitchen table.

• How to create a simple *self-care spray* using accessible ingredients
• A *jar-based ritual* for emotional grounding and intention
