Need a reset after a long day? Join Flo for Stretch Social, a free and easygoing outdoor stretch session designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more at home in your body.
This isn’t a workout or a yoga class. It’s a community moment to pause, reconnect, and move with intention. Whether your body feels tight from sitting, stress, or just life in general—this is your space to release it.
Kids are welcome but will be asked to particiapte in the streach session OR play away from the group at a safe distance.
This event is outdoors and will be canceled if it rains. You'll be notified by email the day of if weather becomes an issue. I
