It offers a fresh approach to helping individuals cope with and assist loved ones in their journey toward recovery. The program is rooted in the principles and tools of SMART Recovery, a well-established and effective approach to addiction treatment. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training, and it focuses on empowering individuals to take control of their lives and overcome addiction.
