Reiki Experience

Join me for an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Experience that will focus on removing negative energy and thought patterns and empowering goals! We will start our session with music and a guided meditation. I will then take you through a Reiki Experience prompt and leave you to sit quietly for 20 - 25 minutes. This is for all levels of experience with Reiki and meditation. Bring a comfortable chair or yoga mat, a journal and pen and a blanket.
