It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.Improve flexibility, strengthen your mind-body connection, and give yourself an edge in other athletic activities by incorporating Pilates into your routine. Certified Pilates instructors will lead you through class and is open for all skill levels.This class takes place on the grass. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel.All participants must agree to the Liability Waiver.
