Lock 3 Winter Wonderland Room is located at the bottom level of the O’Neils Building which is accessible by elevator from the State Street parking deck or from Lock 3, the doors are in between the 2 concession trailers.

This is also the last day for Ice Skating! Get your winter fun in while celebrating!
