It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.Licensed instructor Mary Anderson from Operation Keep It Moving will help you on your fitness journey and lead you through a workout that is varied, and fun.This class takes place on both the grass and pavement and sneakers are recommended.All participants must agree to the Liability Waiver.
