This February Collective Affirmation Activation, lovingly facilitated by Amy Simpson, is about energetic hygiene — the way you speak to yourself, the beliefs you carry, and the relationship you have with your inner world. Because the way you love yourself internally shapes everything you experience externally. 

During this activation, we will: 
✨ Gently quiet the nervous system 
✨ Release subconscious patterns of self-criticism and self-abandonment 
✨ Activate affirmations designed to rewire your subconscious toward compassion, worthiness, and self-trust 
✨ Anchor self-love as a daily, embodied practice — not a once-in-a-while treat 

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering how to be kind, safe, and loving with yourself.
