Beyond Startup: Mapping your Ecosystem for Growth

OVERVIEW:

Great businesses rarely grow in isolation. In this hands-on workshop, you will map the key players in your ecosystem, including customers, partners, influencers, suppliers, and support organizations. We’ll explore the connections between the players throughout the ecosystem, so you can see gaps, risks, and opportunities more clearly. You’ll leave with a plan for utilizing partners and channels to reach customers and grow.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

April Bertram spent over 15 years at GOJO and Lenovo building the types of partnerships that help companies scale, from securing manufacturing partners and distribution channels, to creating strategic alliances that opened new markets. As an Innovation Director, she's navigated everything from startup-stage product launches to enterprise-level ecosystem building, and now helps early-stage founders identify the relationships that will accelerate their growth.

PARKING:

Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
